Shipping Policy - Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to all 50 states located in the USA. At the current moment, the cost per fragrance is $25 us dollars. Currently, and as we grow, we will do all things possible to accommodate our buyers with the best shipping cost possible. Please bare with us. We are very much open to suggestions to make your buying experience as positive as possible. All shipments will come with tracking. Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

All global shipments at the current moment will be $45 US dollars per fragrance. As stated before, as we grow, we will do all things possible to accomodate our buyers with the best shipping cost possible. NOTE: If it cost more than $45 US dollars to ship to your region of the world, you will be made aware and possibly have to pay the difference. Please bare with us through this growing process of understanding. We are so very delighted for your purchase and know you'll love our incredible fragrances. As mentioned, we are very much open to suggestions revolving around shipping to make your buying experience as positive as possible. All shipments will come with tracking. As we've been informed: Unfortunately there is no delivery to Turkey. If you do have a government permit to import perfumes to Turkey, please reach out to us via email to place a private order.

We will choose the fastest and most reliable courier services based on your location.

Any parfum fragrances that are already in stock will be processed and shipped within a few days of ordering. However, new releases may take up to one and half months possible two months to be shipped. You will receive notice with tracking prior to shipment. Please know we will definitely take all steps possible to ship out your order much sooner. It will definitely be worth the wait....you'll love our parfum creations.

Any import duties or taxes fee due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Hale Parfum(haleparfum.com) is not responsible for any damage of items if one choose to use third party shipping companies to resend orders to address not mentioned durring check out.

In case of damaged items email us with in 1 week of receiving it and provide a proof of damage. We will then file for a case with the shipping courier and proceed from there.

Due to import restrictions and problems arising with Customs, we are hesitant to ship products to China, Greece, India, Kenya, Sri Lanka and Spain...if you order from these regions please know that you are ordering at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss or complications.

Hale Parfum (hale parfum.com) will only use internationally recognized and secure courier services. We do not foresee nor hope for any problems during shipment..... yet, we do not accept responsibility for anything that happens after an order has been handed over for shipment. Nor, are not are we held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

Customs and Import Taxes

We do everything we can with shipping your purchase to comply with international regulations ensuring your order’s quick and safe arrival.

Shipping policies and regulations are frequently updated and changed so in the event that your order is selected for clearance processing, we’re here to provide all the assistance and documentation you may need.

If a random clearance event should occur the courier can provide clearance processing for a nominal fee of $10 to $15 and the parcel may be subject to your local import tax which the courier or agency will collect directly.

:: Shipping Policies::

 

 *Any orders shipped to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses are ONLY shipped USPS priority mail at our standard shipping rate which varies depending on the amount of your order. Please note that USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries. Also, the larger shipping companies that require signature releases such as UPS or FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Nor do we offer express delivery services for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

 *We can express ship orders to other Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, and U.S. mainland using USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail 1 Day service. We charge a minimum of $15+ dollars for all express delivery requests; but actual cost will vary depending on exact package weight.

 *If you are sending fragrance parfum goods from HALE PARFUM to multiple destinations please know that each order will be transacted separately.

 

* Our shipping and handling charges are as follows:

 

*All US Mainland and Hawaii orders will be charged a processing fee that is added into your shipping check cost per order.

 

*State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to any island here in Hawaii nei.

 

You will be notified for approval if any additional shipping charge adjustments are to be added to your bill.

 

*OUT OF STOCK ITEMS*

If we are currently out of a certain product, you will be notified before we ship your order. You will be given the option to replace the item of equal value or remove them from the order. Also, we will inform you about the time frame for the initial product you ordered to be in stock again that we are currently out of with the interest to service you as our valued customer. Remember, you are not charged on your credit card until the order is shipped. If you mailed us another form of payment we can either issue a refund for the amount of the item we do not have in stock or discuss other options that will keep you as our happy customer.

 

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

Please know that to all Canada and International customers…..HALE PARFUM loves you with the biggest ALOHA possible. We will do everything possible to get our products to you. Feel free to contact us with your order interest and we will respond as soon as we’re able with your cost for products and shipping quote to your region of the world.

Onec again, please be informed that Hale Parfum(hale parfum.com) is not responsible for lost goods during shipping to your country or confiscation by customs. We are also not responsible for any additional fees such as import duties that your country may apply to your order. If such additional fees exist, they are the responsibility of the purchaser. All order payments are to be paid only in US funds using credit cards or PayPal only.

 

NOTE: All Canada and International orders will be charged a processing fee per order that will be included into your shipping cost.

PAYMENT: We accept credit card via PayPal. 

If paying by money order or check please be sure to: 

*Enclose signed money order or check.

*Print clearly your name, address and phone number.

*Give correct item numbers, sizes and descriptions.

 

Note: All checks are subject for a waiting period for payment to go through. A $50.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.
