Refund
Products purchased through HALE PARFUM (HALEPARFUM.COM) have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do ask that you please make sure you intend to order what you've selected before you finalize the order. Also, we ask that you please click on the products to read descriptions for each product before choosing to order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it as well as unworn, unused, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA#, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Orders
As stated before, most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Once again....In order to receive a refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap and any type of closure seals where applicable). Please contact us/ email us at contact.haleparfum@yahoo.com to get return authorization and approval. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully packaged so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is used or the packaging is damaged, in most cases we are unable to honor a refund. We do not accept COD returns. Once you receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #), please send your item(s) to be returned to the address listed on our contact page. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom bespoke parfums (special created one of a kind orders or personalized perfums). Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it... unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.
RETURNS POLICY
Items returned within 30 days of purchase, when unopened and in original packaging will be refunded, less all Paypal or credit card fees and shipping fees are non-refundable by us, the seller. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:
As for cancellations, by submitting your order...... you, the buyer, understand that you have entered into a legally binding contract with HALE PARFUM (HALEPARFUM.COM), whereby the transaction is complete and the items you purchased now belong to you. Once we receive an order, we do our best to start processing it directly (which often requires logistical effort customers are not aware of). In addition to the labor that goes into fulfilling your order, once a payment has been processed credit card companies do not refund processing fees. So, except in the event that an item purchased is no longer available, we do not accept any cancellations once an order has been submitted and paid for, and we reserve the right to decline any cancellation requests. And if, for whatever reason, an order falls through you’ll be charged a 15% restocking fee after deduction of payment processing fees.

Our all natural earth made raw materials can usually be recognized and enjoyed by most as a spiritually connected personal experience, as it has the power to elevate the senses and soul of the wearer. For this reason, and due to the 100% pure nature of our products, which are carefully weighed, we cannot issue returns on our raw incense materials such as oud chips, myrrh, frankincense tears, copal tears, sandalwoods,etc and assure the same quality and quantity to the next customer. So, please make sure to double check and place your order correctly.
In cases of where a cancellation request is accepted a restocking fee will apply.
:: Final Reminders for Return Policy ::
All items must be in 100% resalable condition. Please contact us and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. You will receive a return authorization number (RMA#) for the product(s) return that is only valid for 30 days. Returned products without an (RMA#) or past 30 days will be refused. For credit card purchases please allow up to 2 billing cycles from the credit refund date for the credits to appear your credit card account. Original shipping charges and credit card fees will deducted from the refund. If by chance you’ve relocated and your address is different from the original order, please send to us your new address and any other helpful information. All purchased parfums, fragrances, and other HALE PARFUM purchased items are to be returned unworn, unopened and unused in its original like-new condition. Please understand that we CAN NOT except for return any perfums, fragrances, natural incense or any other products sold by HALE PARFUM that has been opened or if the safety seal has been tampered with. Take note that all returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund, exchange, or credit to your account. If a HALE PARFUM product needs to be repacked or pressed for resale, a 15% per product restocking charge may be deducted from your refund. Remember to save your packing slip/invoice as your receipt. When returning merchandise, be sure to pack securely (in the original package if possible) and send it with a COPY of your receipt. Please send returned packages pre-paid. We recommend that you send your returned merchandise prepaid via USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) and track your return to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for free of charge. For costly valued items, you may want to consider insuring your package as an ease of mind. If you choose to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest you use a carrier such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx that provides tracking information which requires a release signature. Remember, all return and exchange shipping charges are non refundable and are your responsibility. If by chance your product was damaged, you were sent a defective product, or we made our occasional “boo-boo” and accidentally sent you the wrong product by mistake; we will gladly refund or credit all of your return and exchange shipping charges. When a damaged item, defective item or accidental mistake has occurred, please contact us at your earliest convenience so our customer service representative can assist you. We will request that you take pictures of the damaged/defective product and email them to us for evaluation so a report with the shipping courier can be filed. Once again, remember to save your receipt and send a COPY with your return.
